(both our diets, i should mention are completely vegetarian...
we all eat hay and oats, so why at each others throat...)

You know what? You're welcome, not many people thank others for commenting, and I for one appreciate it, I mean Bacon is perfect for everything, Ever had a Bacon Cream Cheese danish? I have. I learned the meaning of Friendship that day and it was delicous.

Thayt being said Apple wood is a very good smoking product. Ever had Apple smoked Cheddar? You have not lived until you've had apple smoked cheddar.
